During the routing process, reviewers, approvers, and Flow Admins can send back a telework request.


From the Workflow page click on the red Send Back button. Use the dropdown to designate who you are sending this agreement back to and provide a reason for send back in the text box. This reason will be included in the email sent to the employee. 



After clicking the yellow Send Back button, the workflow will be sent back to the employee chosen. An automatic email will be sent to the employee with a link to the workflow. Completing this step will only allow the next employee to review and sign the document.


If you are sending the Workflow back to the employee submitting the telework and you want them to edit the pdf you will also need to delete the submitted workflow.


To delete the workflow navigate back to the Flow dashboard and click the red X next to the telework request that has been sent back. 



The employee can then log into their Telework dashboard and click on the previously submitted agreement. This will allow them to make edits to the pdf before resubmitting the request.
