During Step Two of initiating a new workflow, the initiator will need to add WorkFlow Files and add Signature Zones.
Types of WorkFlow Files
There are two types of files that can be added, Source WorkFlow Files and Additional Supporting Documents.
Source WorkFlow Files:
Documents uploaded here will be attached to the final completed package. These files can be signed. Accepted File types: PDF only
Additional Supporting Documents:
Documents uploaded here will not be attached to the final completed package. These files cannot be signed. Accepted file types: Word Document, Excel, PDF.
How to Add Documents
For either file type, click the upload button found under the file type header
Your local file directory will load. Select an accepted file type from the file directory. Repeat this step with additional files. There is no limit to the number of files that can be uploaded.
How to Remove Documents
To remove a file that has been uploaded click the red X button next to the file.
How to Reorganize Documents
After you have added all the documents for the Flow you can reorganize the files into the correct order. To reorganize files drag and drop the files into a new order. As you "pick up" a document and begin to drag it, you will notice a yellow area appear in between files. This is a signal for where the document will drop.
How to Add Signature Zones
To begin click on a blue document title in Source WorkFlow Files. You can only add signature zones one document at a time. Repeat these steps for each document attached to the WorkFlow
From the pdf Viewer Use the "Set Signature Zone " button in the PDF toolbar to drop a signature zone anywhere in the document.
A signature zone will land on the page you are viewing. (Note: you can not drag a signature zone to a different page than you added it to)
Drag and drop the signature zone into the correct location.
How to Resize a Signature Zone
You can change the size of the signature zone by clicking on the bottom right-hand corner and dragging the zone to resize it.
How to Assign A Signature Zone
Once a signature zone has been added double-click each zone to define the approver who must sign in that location. After double-clicking a pop up modal will appear with the approvers in the WorkFlow. Use the radio buttons to select which approver will sign in to this location. Click Save and you are finished. Repeat for all signature zones attached to the document.
How to Remove A Signature Zone
If a signature zone was added by mistake double click the zone and a pop-up modal will appear. From the modal click, remove and the zone will disappear.
