This video details how to Modify a WorkFlow route by adding editing or bypassing routes at any stage. The workflow routing can be modified at any stage during the routing process to add new routes, edit existing routes, or remove routes.
Note that a Route cannot be edited after it has passed. Therefore, as a workflow moves forward through the defined routing network you can only edit future steps.

How to Add a New Route
From a WorkFlow, page click the Modify Workflow Route(s) hyperlink found above the routing network.
From the pop-up window
1. click "Add Route". A route will be automatically added to the bottom of the routing network. You can drag and drop this route into place.
2. Use the drop-down to determine if the person will need to review or sign the document.
3. Use the text box to fill in the employee's title
4. Click "Add"
5. Once the route saves, use the drop-down to select which IC the employee is from
6. Type the employee's last name into the text box. (Select from the pre-filtered results as they populate)
7. Click Save Route
- You can also bypass future routes to skip the employee by check-marking the Bypass? option
- The new route will be saved and updated as the workflow moves forward.
How to Bypass/Skip a Route
From a WorkFlow, page click the Modify Workflow Route(s) hyperlink found above the routing network.
From the new pop up modal click the bypass check box next to the route you want to skip. (If this step was an approver and had signature markers, those markers will be removed.)
How to Change an Existing Route to a New Employee
From a WorkFlow, page click the Modify Workflow Route(s) hyperlink found above the routing network.
From the new pop up modal begin typing over the employee in the route you want to change. A list of possible employees will begin to populate. Select the employee from the list and that route will be converted to the new selection.
Note that if the routing step you change is an approver and the existing employee had signature zones to sign, all signature zones will be converted to the new employee that you selected.
