Account Navigator
From most pages in Beacon, you can navigate to different accounts using the Account Navigator. Click the Title of the account from the top left of the page. In this example the title is Intramural. 
From the small pop up you can navigate up or down the account hierarchy.
To navigate up the account hierarchy click the Account name at the top. In this example, Click CCR Appropriated CANs: 0996
To navigate down the account hierarchy click the Select Sub Account down drop
Another way to find an account is to use the Find Account text box. Type the number into the text box and click Go.
Account Structure Page (Home)
From the home page you can search for an account using the Search for Account # text box found here.
Type the account number and click GO. The system will find the account and highlight it in yellow within the account hierarchy.
If you do not know the account # but do know the account name/title then click the Search Account Title found under the text box. From the pop-up type any part of the account title and click Search. After you search the accounts matching your search results will appear at the bottom. Click the account title to find the account in the Account Hierarchy.
