Clicking on the Download Settings option from the Administration menu takes users to the Download Manager page.  From this page, users can modify the configuration settings of their organization’s HRDB downloading.  Only users with certain access rights will be able to modify these settings. 


This screen lists the Organization Name, Beacon HR Version #, the Date Last Downloaded, the Download Login, Download Password, Main ICD to Download, Secondary ICD to Download, and the Download Where Clause.

 

To modify these settings, simply place your cursor in the data field and type the new information, as necessary.  When you have finished, click, ‘Save Modifications’ to keep your changes.  If you would not like to save the modified download settings, click “Restore Saved Info”.
