This screen offers an overview of an employee’s performance. In addition to providing a place for comments, performance level, and proposed promotion, this screen enables the user to print personnel reports.
Using the Personnel Review Screen
Indicate if an employee is up for a QSI (Quality Step Increase) by clicking the “QSI” box and enter the date of the next QSI.
If the employee is up for a promotion in the coming year, click the “Promote” box and enter the new Grade and the Month the promotion will take effect.
If the employee is being considered for an award, select the type of award by clicking the down arrow to the right of the field and select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
Use the Track Dates section to include any important review dates for the employee.
The Job Function segment provides a section to rate the current employee. To update rating information, select the Appraisal system and the Summary Rating by clicking the down arrow to the right of the fields and selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
The comments section is available for a user with edit rights to add any comments about the employee’s performance and contributions.
Be sure to click Save Modifications after making any changes to this screen.
