Users have the option to add, edit, or remove an employee's future position from the Career Page.
Users can add a future position (Promotion/Lateral Move/Reassignment) for an employee that is already in the system from the Career page.
Note: Users will not be able to add a future position for employee’s with an existing planning record (a planning record is a position record that is not synched up with an official counterpart). This function will be disabled.
Adding a Future Position
Click icon which will then direct you to the Position Wizard to create the future position.

Editing a Future Position
If you would like to edit the existing information for the future position, click on theicon.
On the Position Details page, edit the necessary information. Click Save Modifications when you are finished with the adjustments.
Deleting a Future Position
If you would like to delete an existing listed future position, click theicon.
At the prompt, "Are you sure you want to delete this postion? Continue?" Click OK.
