Overview
The Career Page shows an overview of a single individual’s position history with the IC. This page lists every job a person has held within your institute. This feature offers users a snapshot of an employee's contribution to the institution, including all pay adjustments, start and end dates, PP/SER/GR/ST and different job functions.
- Add a Future Position
- Add a Projected Salary Increase
- Activate the last position held
- Add an Acting Position
- Expand or collapse a position to view more or less detail about that job title.
- View discrepancies between the Official Data source information for this employee and Beacon HR's data.
Data
The information available on this screen includes the employee’s current position potential acting positions and a history of past positions they have held while at the institute.
With each position, use the drop down arrow to open up more details about the position
On the left-hand side you will see general information about the position:
On the right side, you will see the history of salary changes that have occurred during the life of the position.
Actions
The career screen also allows for planning of future positions, and tracking of any unofficial “Acting” positions a person might be holding or has held.
Add a Future Position:
Add an Acting Position: Click the Add Acting Position button to add an unofficial acting position to the employee's career history.
As with all position pages users can view a list of discrepancies between the Official Data Source's information for this employee and Beacon HR's data by clicking the OFFICIAL COMPARE button (found out the tope of the page when there are discrepancies)
