Positions: Supplemental


The Supplemental Information Screen displays additional information not on the main screen, including the Vice, working title, allocation title, and budget allocation of the employee’s position. This page also offers checkboxes to mark status information about the position senior investigator, supervisor, Lab/Branch/Section Chief, SEEP, A-76, and Loan.


If a position is flagged as a Senior Investigator or Supervisor position, the employee's name will be populated on the Main Position page in the corresponding drop-down lists that appear. Users will be able to select the flagged position as the supervisor position or senior investigator position for other employees.



These data fields can be modified if users have certain access rights. Any data field that has a white background can be edited.


To edit information about the Vice or Allocation title of a position, click on the arrow next to the box and choose the appropriate options from the available drop-down menu. Users can simply type data into the Working Title and Budget Allocation text fields. Use the "Notes:" text box to record any additional information you would like to include. When you have finished, click on the Save button or Cancel to not save the new information.
