The Acquisition Forecast list (click Forecasts in the top menu) shows every forecast record your IC has for a fiscal year.

Filter the list

- Fiscal Year – defaults to the current federal fiscal year. Type another year to change it.
- Quarter – All, or one quarter. Each quarter shows its record count, for example Q2 (14).
- Phase – All, or one of the five phases.
- Bookmarked Only – show just the records you have bookmarked.
Your filters and sort order stay in place until you close the browser tab.
Row actions

- Red trash can – delete the record. You are asked to confirm. Deleting is permanent. To retire a record instead, move it to Phase 5: Closed (see Closing out a forecast).
- Bell – manage who is notified about this record. See Setting up notifications.
- Bookmark – add to or remove from your bookmarks. Green when bookmarked.

Above the list, left to right: Columns (show or hide columns), Filter (filter by any column), Download (export the rows currently shown to a spreadsheet), and Search (find text in any column).
Import records from Excel
Use Import from Excel to load an existing forecast workbook. Every valid row becomes a new record in Phase 1.
Important: the import does not check for duplicates. Import a workbook only once.
- Save the workbook as .xlsx (10 MB max).
- Name each sheet with the fiscal year and quarter, for example FY26 Q1. This sets the year and quarter for every row on that sheet. Sheets named any other way are skipped and reported in the results.
- Make row 1 the header row, with the columns in this order:
Col Header Col Header A PAA-DER Approval N R&D (Y/N) B PAA-DER Request ID # O Estimated Amount of Action C Proposed Class Approval Category P CAN/Project # D Priority by Office/Division Q Status/Next Steps E Customer IC R Risk/Impact F Office/Division S Mandate/Policy/Initiative Alignment G POP End Date T SOAR Contract (Y/N) H Action Type U Delegated Purchase (Y/N) I Contract or Task Order # V NAICS Code J Contract Name/Project Title W Anticipated Acquisition Strategy K Vendor X Target Solicitation Date L Contracting Officer Y Target Award Date M COR/POC Z Additional Information - Click Import from Excel, choose the file, and wait for the result: N rows created and, if any rows could not be read, N rows skipped with the reason for each.
Accepted values: Yes/No columns take Y, Yes, N, or No. Priority takes a number or text such as TIER 2 - …. Dropdown columns take the values shown in the app (for example Exercise Option, Approval Pending).
Each imported record's history shows Imported from Excel (filename).
