The Dashboard (Forecast and Contract Metrics) is a one-page view of your IC's acquisition activity for a fiscal year. It opens when you sign in.
Choose a fiscal year
Use the Fiscal Year dropdown in the top right. It defaults to the current federal fiscal year (October–September). Every card and chart updates to match. The list offers each year that has forecast data, plus one year ahead.
Three tabs

The Dashboard opens on Forecast Information and remembers which tab you had open until you close the browser tab.
Forecast Information tab
- Active Forecasts in FY – every forecast record for the year that is not Closed.
- Recent Forecast Activity in FY (Last 7 Days) – records created or changed in the last 7 days.
- Forecasts You Have Bookmarked in FY – your own bookmarks for the year.
- POP End Date Approaching in FY (30 days) – records whose POP End Date is within 30 days.
- Total Forecast Amount in FY, Total Pre-Award Forecast Amount in FY, Total Awarded Forecast Amount in FY – estimated dollars for all records, for records not yet awarded, and for awarded records.
Below the cards:
- Acquisition Forecast Totals by Phase – a table and pie chart of records in each of the five phases.
- Bookmarked Forecasts – up to seven of your bookmarks, most recently modified first.
- Latest Forecast Activity (past 7 days) – records anyone in your IC created or changed in the last 7 days.
Contract Information tab
The first three cards are limited to the selected fiscal year. The last three count contracts from every year, which is why their totals can be higher than the first three.
- Total Linked Contracts for FY – contracts linked to a forecast record in the selected year.
- Total FY Contract Amount – the combined estimated value of those linked contracts.
- Contract Tier Distribution in FY – how many linked contracts are Tier 1 (red), Tier 2 (orange), and Tier 3 (gray).
- Unlinked Contracts – contracts not yet linked to a forecast record. Linking them completes your forecast-versus-actual picture.
- Contracts Requiring Review – contracts still in Pending Review (extraction running, or waiting for someone to confirm the extracted data).
- Contracts You Have Bookmarked – your own bookmarks.
Below the cards:
- Contracts Totals by Status – a table and pie chart of Pending Review, Active, Expired, and Terminated contracts.
Why the numbers differ: this panel groups contracts by the calendar year of their POP End Date (January–December), not by federal fiscal year. - Bookmarked Contracts – up to five of your bookmarks. Click a filename to open the contract.
- Latest Contract Activity (past 7 days) – up to seven contracts anyone in your IC created or changed in the last 7 days, with the date and status. Click a filename to open it.
Tips
- Bookmark the records you check often (the bookmark icon on any list or detail page). They appear here on the Dashboard.
- If a panel says No contract data available for FY20xx or No forecast data available for FY20xx, there are no records for that year yet. Change the fiscal year to check another year.
