What NetComm Contracts does

NetComm Contracts replaces the Acquisition Forecast workbook and the folder of contract PDFs with one system. You plan each purchase, track it through intake and approval, and, once awarded, upload the signed contract so the system can read it and keep it on file.

Two terms to know

  • Forecast record – one planned contract action (a new buy, recompete, option exercise, or modification). Forecast records live on the Forecasts page.
  • Contract – one uploaded PDF and the data extracted from it. Contracts live on the Contracts page. A contract can be linked to the forecast record that planned it.

What you can see

You only see forecast records and contracts that belong to your assigned Institute/Center/Division (ICD). Your name and ICD appear in the top-right corner.

If you sign in and see Access not yet provisioned. Contact your System Administrator, your account exists but has not been assigned to an ICD yet. Ask your System Administrator to assign your ICD; you will have access as soon as they do.
