Users can customize their user accounts in a variety of ways
User Profile Settings
To update your global settings, navigate to the User profile page
Click on the Admin tab --> My stuff -->User profile
From the user profile page, click Edit User Information
From the Edit User Profile page, there is a Preferences section. From here, you can update your Category Group setting, what your preferred landing page is when logging into Beacon Finance, and your FY setting.
Informal Title vs. Offical Title
On the Accounts page, you can toggle between viewing the Informal vs Offical Title
Number of Results
Most pages in Beacon Finance allow users to set the number of entries to display. This is found near the bottom left of each page with a data table. For some pages, including the transaction, this setting will be stored for the next time you navigate to this page.
