This video overviews how to add edit and remove columns from the Transactions Page in Beacon Finance.

The Display Transactions screen can show an extensive amount of information.  You can customize the data on the transaction screen by using the Customize Column Preferences icon. All changes will only be reflected on your page and do not affect other users at your IC.


The pop-up modal allows you to set the data columns that are displayed on the transaction page.


How to Add/Remove Columns


To add columns, drag and drop columns from the right available columns side to the left columns in use side. 

To remove a column drag the column from the left side to the right side. 

Note that columns marked with * are required and cannot be removed. These columns will be automatically reinserted if you try to remove them.

To reorganize your list of available columns drag and drop columns up and down the available list.  

After you have added all the columns you need to click Save Column Selections


Tip: The first five columns in your Columns in Use list will remain fixed on the left hand of the screen as you scroll.
