Once a Travel event has been created, a Travel Planner must submit the attendance request to the Supervisor for review and approval. 


When the attendance request is ready for Supervisor approval, click "Submit for Supervisor Approval". 


A new pop-up window will appear to provide notes regarding the request and to identify the Supervisor. The smart text box will help filter the employee at your IC, from which you can select. Once you click submit, an email will be sent to the supervisor to notify a pending travel request. 


When you click Submit, an automatic email will be sent to the supervisor selected with a link to approve the request.
