The Combined Requests by Event Screen organizes all travel requests from different divisions under the same event. 


You can navigate to this screen by clicking the Combined Requests by Event


  • The top row lists the Travel Event and the location and date details. As you look further to the right the system will summarize total attendees broken out by Speaking/Presenting/Chairing/Attending and total costs from all organizations. Again this is a sum total row of the Travel Event by all divisons.


  • The underlying rows will list each Travel Event by the division code with more granular details from the individual division travel request. Note you can quickly review the status of each division here.
