Today, we are going to see how Beacon Dashboard can tie it all together.  A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words... Using the PS Projections card in Beacon Dashboard will give you an at-a-glance representation of whether your Projected PS Total is within your Budget. Analyze what you have spent so far in Salary and Benefits, and utilize what Beacon HR knows about your workforce to get a total projection.  Click on a piece of the card to quickly drill directly into Beacon Finance for more detailed information. Keep it Fresh.  Planning records in Beacon HR can become stale. This happens when a start date for the planning record has already past, but the position has not yet been filled by an employee. The Stale PS Cost Impact by Organization card allows you to view how these stale positions are impacting your projections. Click into this card to navigate to the stale positions in Beacon HR and clean up the records!
