Run quick reports with Beacon HR

Beacon HR makes it easy to answer any data call about the personnel in your organization.  The Position List Search tool gives you the flexibility to create your own custom reports with just a few clicks.

To start, choose the columns you want to display on your report.  Every Beacon HR field in your view is available to add from the column selector.  



Once you've selected your columns, you'll want to filter your results. The basic search allows you to set position type, status, date range and organization.  


You can refine your search further by filtering on a value within a column.


The Advanced Search gives you more robust filtering features, including more granular position types and date ranges.



Once you have your search parameters defined, save your settings by clicking save search. You can run this report again in the future by selecting it from the Searches dropdown.
