Updated Beacon Finance Transaction SearchIt's easier than ever to find the transactions you're searching for using Beacon Finance. The updated Transactions page allows you to quickly filter financial activity within an account and save those filters to save you time when running recurring reports.

We've recently updated the Beacon Finance Transaction's page to give you more options when searching and reporting on financial transactions.
You can use the basic search functions to quickly filter down your set of transactions.
The advanced search lets you add additional search parameters. One of the newest search filters allows you to narrow your results by an obligation amount range. For example, you can search for any transaction between $100 and $500 by a given requestor.
Once you have your search parameters defined, save your settings by clicking on "Save Search". To apply the same filters in the future, click on "Searches" dropdown and select from your saved searches.
You can also bookmark the Transactions Details screen for an account as your home page for easy reporting access.
