When hiring plans change, it is important to make sure your planning records reflect the changes.
If you are no longer hiring for a planning position, or if the official counterpart has already downloaded from an authoritative source, you will want to delete the position.
How to Delete a Position
To do so, first, navigate to the planning record using either the Position List or the search in Beacon HR.
From the Position Details tab, select Delete Position.
How to Change the Start Date
If the timeframe of a position has changed, you will want to update the record. Navigate to the record to enter the new plans.
To update the Start Date, select the Dates page from the left menu options on the record.
From the Position Dates, click in the Start field and modify the date.
Then, select Save to complete your changes.
