Since some aspects of workforce planning are based on local knowledge and are not stored in an official data set, certain features of Beacon HR allow users to hand-enter data. This will inevitably result in instances of mis-entry of data. Beacon HR includes the Discrepancy report and HRDB compare button to allow users to compare modified records to it's official counterpart and verify that data is correctly entered.
In instances where an official counterpart does not exist for data entered into Beacon HR, please be certain to enter data with care.
