Any change made to Beacon HR can be viewed by any user from your IC that has access to the information that was changed. While each user has an individual log-in and user credentials, Beacon HR is a system that allows its users to cummulatively and collaboratively make changes to records. Discrepancy reports and the HRDB Compare button allow for IC's to manage their data entries and mis-entries.
